Building Business Continuity for a Government Authority​

A local transportation authority responsible for regulation of land, air and maritime transport needed support developing and implementing its business continuity program and aligning it with the new national standard for BCM Systems.
In responding to this request, we not only developed a comprehensive set of documents required for compliance with the standard, but also improved the organization’s resilience by linking its BCM program to the ICT Department’s plans and procedures for Disaster Recovery.
